QualiTech announces key promotions for its executive team
Minnesota’s QualiTech announced the promotion of Mike Hodgens (pictured above) to the position of President, with responsibility for all day-to-day activities and overall company performance.
“Mike has done an exceptional job in his position as COO and we have complete confidence in his capability to excel in this expanded role,” says Cory Ploen, CEO. “His unique combination of operations, strategic and business experience paired with his strong leadership will serve our customers very well.”
The company also announced that Rudy Roesken has been promoted to executive vice president and general manager of the food division. Roesken will have complete responsibility for the entire food division team from sales and product development to quality assurance and manufacturing, said the company.
“Rudy has done an outstanding job of building a team and gaining traction in strategic initiatives in his five years here,” said Ploen. “As an executive vice president, Rudy also has a stronger role in setting the corporate strategies for the company.”
