What share of product categories do ‘natural’ products control?
According to Nielsen, 81% of herbal tea sales are from products making ‘natural’ claims; 33% of vinegar and cooking wine sales are from products making ‘natural’ claims; 20% of wholesome snack sales are from products making natural claims; and 13% of yogurt sales come from products making natural claims (dollars are up 13% for those making natural claims and down 4% for those not making such claims).
