IPAWC + Probiota Americas Day 3: Companion animals, gut-brain, start-ups and tech advances
The IPA World Congress + Probiota Americas 2024, hosted by NutraIngredients-USA in association with the International Probiotics Association at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City, June 10 to 12, will feature world-leading experts to present the latest scientific, technical, regulatory, business and market insights.
The three-day conferences takes a magnifying glass to all-things microbiome-related, the areas that are growing and in which direction.

Day 3 starts with an early morning yoga session, hosted by Morinaga, to clear the mind and rejuvenate the body.
The content session starts with a deep-dive into companion animals, with presentations from Nicole Hill from MarketPlace Branding, Dr. Jake Burlet from CanBiocin and Dr. Sibyl Swift of the Swift Strategy Group, before Drs. Burlet and Swift are joined by Bill Bookout from the National Animal Supplement Council for a panel discussion moderated by IPA’s George Paraskevakos.
We’ll then give attendees something to think about with a panel discussion on the gut-brain axis, featuring Dr. Julia Rode from Örebro University, Dr. Jonathan Tanaka from Morinaga and Willian Xue from WeCare-Probiotics.
After a networking break, we’ll hear from the 2024 Probiota Pioneers: BIOMILQ, HelloBiome and Preebio.
Our final session will explore some exciting technological advances, including Artificial Intelligence (with Jona and Brightseed) and the Global Virome.
The event closes with our future-looking panel discussion moderated by Nutraingredients-USA's Danielle Masterson and featuring the IPA’s George Paraskevakos and Dr. Jessica Younes, and NutraIngredients-USA’s Stephen Daniells.
