Pharmachem acquires Powder Processors to boost particle engineering capabilities
Pharmachem Laboratories, Inc., has acquired Utah-based Powder Processors, Inc., a move which complements the company’s overall business in particle engineering.

Lynn Dahle, former owner of Powder Processors, a manufacturer of a wide range of nutritional ingredient powders including tablet and capsule-ready blends, will serve as vice, said David Holmes, Founder and CEO of Pharmachem.

“Pharmachem is currently in the process of installing new capabilities in Utah, including: powder filling into unit containers such as jars and bottles, and soft containers such as bag, pouch and gusset,” Holmes said.

Pharmachem will operate both this newly acquired entity and its liquid and personal care manufacturing facilities under the Pharmachem Laboratories name effective, immediately.

“This acquisition along with Pharmachem’s already strong presence in Utah, with liquids and personal care manufacturing, continues to demonstrate Pharmachem’s commitment to Utah and its customer base worldwide,” he added.
