Polish family-owned plant extract producer Greenvit has announced a strategic distribution partnership with Swisseutic, a new venture led by industry veteran Christian Artaria.

Founded in 2010 and based in Zambrów, Poland, Greenvit produce plant extracts sourced from premium European-origin raw materials, including aronia, bilberry, elderberry, lemon balm, nettle, hops, sage, horsetail, thyme, white mulberry, and more.

Swisseutic SA is a newly established distribution company in Lugano, Switzerland that aims to go beyond being a primary distributor; the objective is to be a trusted partner, adept at addressing concerns related to the quality or availability of botanical extracts through personalized and responsive service, according to a press release from the Swisseutic.

Artaria’s career includes companies such as Indena and BGG, and his market experience spans the development, production, clinical validation, registration, and marketing of natural products, including plant-based preparations (botanicals) obtained through various methods such as traditional extraction or purification techniques, chemical or enzymatic modifications, fermentation technologies, and innovative processes like production through photobioreactors.

The new partnership between Greenvit and Swisseutic covers various industries and multiple European and non-European markets, including Canada in North America.

"We are thrilled to collaborate with Greenvit, a company that shares our commitment to quality and innovation,” said Christian Artaria, Founding President of Swisseutic. “This partnership aligns seamlessly with Swisseutic's mission to provide premium botanical ingredients and be a trusted partner for our clients. Together, we look forward to delivering exceptional value to the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, feed, and cosmetic industries."

Rafal Pietruszynski, Ceo of Greenvit, added: "It’s very exciting to have Swisseutic as our partner and to collaborate with Christian Artaria, recognized in the industry for competence and dedication. The partnership between Greenvit and Swisseutic, two companies committed to quality and innovation, marks a significant step in the development of our enterprise."
