Dr Ikhlas Khan honored at Ole Miss 2016 commencement ceremony

Dr Khan, the associate director of the National Center for Natural Products Research (NCNPR), was presented with the award at the University of Mississippi's 2016 commencement ceremony on May 14, in Oxford, Miss.

“We heartily congratulate Dr. Khan, who is a most deserving recipient of this prestigious award that recognizes his many contributions to the University of Mississippi, the National Center for Natural Products Research and the natural products industry at large,”​ said Loren Israelsen, UNPA President.

“While his name is known to many in the industry, everyone owes him thanks for his tireless work to improve the quality of botanical products and to further the scientific research behind these products, as well as for his efforts to facilitate communication and collaboration between FDA and industry at the annual International Conference on the Science of Botanicals. We look forward to many years of continued collaborations with Dr. Khan and his staff at Ole Miss.”​
