Omega-3 hits €25bn but can it keep growing?
Between plant, algae and marine sources the global omega-3 sector has shown strong growth over many years to be worth about €25bn today. The sector continues to grow globally but questioning science like the Brasky paper of 2014, along with easing economies, has provoked a growth cool down in some markets.
