KeHE to buy Nature's Best to create natural products distribution powerhouse
Leading natural products distributor KeHE has struck a deal to buy Nature's Best – the largest privately owned wholesaler-distributor of health and natural food products in the US - for an undisclosed sum.
Their combined resources will expand KeHE’s national distribution capabilities and broaden its expertise in natural and organic products, said KeHE president and CEO, Brandon Barnholt.
"This combination positions KeHE to fulfill our vision of being the preferred supply chain partner in the natural, specialty, and fresh products marketplace in North America.
"Nature's Best’s two LEED Gold Certified warehouses, state-of-the-art warehouse management system, and highly respected Cadia product line will be significant and immediate enhancements to our value proposition.

Naperville, Illinois-based KeHE Distributors LLC has 12 warehouses in North American supplying natural & organic, specialty & gourmet, international & multicultural and fresh products to natural food stores, chain grocery stores, independent grocery stores and other specialty product retailers throughout North America.
