Albion forms scientific advisory board to 'accelerate commitment to innovation'

Leading mineral amino acid chelate supplier Albion Human Nutrition is introducing a new scientific advisory board to provide the company with independent advice and peer review on the scientific aspects of its business.

The board will be formally introduced at the 2013 SupplySide West Global Expo and Conference next month in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Members of Albion’s new Scientific Advisory Board include: Dr. Jonathan Bortz, MD; Dr. Robery J. Cousins, PhD; Dr. Robert P. Heaney, MD; Dr. Forrest Nielsen, PhD; and Dr. Robert Rountree, M.D.

“We’re proud to introduce this prestigious group of professionals as a representation of Albion,”​ said Jim Hyde, CEO of Albion. “There is a clear benefit to the company and its business partners in continuing to accelerate our commitment to innovation and furthering the science of mineral amino acid chelates.”

According to the company, the board will provide a direct source of communication and feedback about new advancements in the field.
