MegaFood gets ISO 9001:2008 certification for in-house testing

Supplement manufacturer MegaFood has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for its in-house testing and research facility.

The New Hampshire-based company’s labs are led by Michel Ben-Bemehemie, Director of Quality & Analytical Science, and MegaFood employs a team of five analytical chemists in their lab which is equipped with state of the art analytical equipment including high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), mass spectrometer and inductively coupled plasma (ICP).

“We are very pleased to receive this certification and continue to improve our Quality Management Systems allowing us to provide consistent, quality whole food supplements,”​ said Richard LaFond, VP of product development.

“With Michel Ben-Bemehemie, leading our analytics and testing facility, we are confident that we will continue to push our standards to the next level.”
