Utah-based Trace Minerals Research (TMR) has announced an increase in production capacity, as it responds to increases demand for its top-selling powder line of products.

The company has invested in a new powder fill packaging machine for its cGMP manufacturing facility located at its corporate offices in Ogden, Utah, allowing the company to accommodate contract manufacturing requests and grow its powdered line of products.

“Before purchasing this new machine we just couldn’t keep enough of each product in inventory to meet the demand for all of our powdered products,” said Ryan Fisher, General Manager for TMR. “Now that we’ve added this new machine, we have more than doubled our production to about 84,000 packets per day, enabling us to meet our increasing customer demand.”

Further investment over the coming months will add additional high speed equipment to increase its manufacturing capabilities in other areas of production, said the company.
