Looking to a new wave of energy drinks
Consumers are no longer satisfied with drinks that cause energy to spike and rapidly drop - but manufacturers are looking at new ways to provide consumers with an energy boost, says Beneo's Claudia Meissner.

Speaking at the recent IFT trade show in Chicago, Corporate Communication Manager at Beneo Claudia Meissner said that consumers are looking for new kinds of energy drinks.

In the future, she envisages that drinks will provide more balanced, sustained energy, and that there will be a new focus on naturally sourced ingredients, and more natural, fruity flavors.
