I think it was a Godsend that I happened upon your info about U. of Nebraska degrees in culinary science. I have a 16-year-old who is graduating from HS this school year; and he's got a keen gift for discerning flavors, mixing flavors and cooking up a storm for our family -- lucky us! Need more info for sure! He's very science-oriented
