Demystifying probiotics
The education sessions on Friday May 6 move to the Show Floor Theater as the expo section of the event starts. Probiotics are one of the markets big growth areas, and the probiotic market is approaching $40 billion. Mike Bush, President, International Probiotics Association will help attendees understand what probiotics really are, what they do and how they should be labeled.
Mike will take the podium in the Show Floor Theater on Friday, May 5 at 1:00-1:50pm.
