Bob’s Red Mill showcased at Expo East its latest line: Protein Powder Nutritional Boosters, which will hit store shelves in December. The line includes four flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Chai and Protein & Fiber. All the blends include chia, fiber, protein and GanedenBC30. Recent research from Ganeden shows its BC30 can help boost protein absorption, “so by adding our probiotic we actually give more power to your protein,” Kinsella said.
