Just minutes from Charlotte, the NC Research Campus is a center of excellence in human health, nutrition, and agricultural biotechnology. This public-private venture on 350 acres boasts eight prestigious universities labs (including Duke, UNC Chapel Hill, and NC State University).
Also, private industry partners such as Dole, Monsanto, Sensory Spectrum, and LabCorp have on site labs. NCRC’s aim is to be a one stop shop for basic research, product development, to manufacturing. Research labs, office space and scientific instruments (proteomics, metabolomics, genomics, NMR, & light microscopy) are available.
