Elyse Lovett has a number of years of dietary supplement and food ingredient marketing experience with her last tenure as VP of Marketing at Nutrition21. Previously, she managed the marketing departments at Kyowa Hakko USA and AarhusKarlshamn (AAK.) But these days Lovett goes by a new title: Founder.

“It's really been such an exciting 15 years, helping put in place marketing campaigns and helping grow sales for these various companies from fats and oils to immune health to cognitive health, sports nutrition, but I took the leap about a month ago because number one, I love this space, I know everyone says once you're in, you can't get out, but it's just so true. I love the people in the space, I love marketing and being in the dietary supplements space. So I really want to bring my expertise to companies, whether their ingredient suppliers, contract manufacturers, finished product manufacturers and base that on science,” said Lovett.

The main focus of Lovett Marketing and Advertising will be on marketing strategies for the heightened consumer demand that highlight clinically studied, efficacious, and health-first products. The full-service agency's goal is to optimize a company’s clinical research and brand strategy by building targeted marketing campaigns that integrate consumer demands, product science, efficacy and safety, as well as health and wellness trends.

When it comes to being a working a mom, the entrepreneur said it’s all about finding the right balance: “I really love what I do, so it kind of makes it easy for me to have that balance as a working mom.”
