CRN welcomes six companies to its membership

The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) has announced the addition of five new voting companies and one new associate member to its ranks.

The new voting members are: 

Catalent​: A global leader in innovative oral and topical softgel technologies for the consumer health and beauty markets

Jigsaw Health, LLC​: A finished dietary supplement product manufacturer with a focus on magnesium.

Roundtable Healthcare Partners​: An operating-oriented private equity firm focused on the nutritional, OTC, pharmaceutical and medical device markets. The company has raised $2.75 billion in committed capital, including four equity funds totaling $2.15 billion and three subordinated debt funds totaling $600 million.

Santa Cruz Nutritionals​: A developer and manufacturer of gummy-based nutraceutical, supplement, and probiotic products in the United States. The company operates two facilities in California and Quebec, Canada.

Vitabiotics​: A British company committed to human health and research. Vitabiotics has created a unique portfolio of products at the forefront of scientific developments in key sectors, with no fewer than 8 brands in the top 18 VMS brands in the UK, including Pregnacare, Wellman and Wellwoman.

The new associate member is Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP​: A law firm with market-leading practices, a global perspective, and strong New York roots. Nearly 85% of Debevoise’s partners are recognized by Chambers, The Legal 500 or IFLR.
