The legislation, sponsored by Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) and Rep. Erik Paulsen (R-Minnesota), proposes legislation that will allow Americans to buy supplements with their Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) dollars.
