Dr Scott Nykaza named President and Chief Operating Officer of Kalsec
Kalsec – a producer of natural spice and herb flavor extracts, colors, antioxidants, and advanced hop products – has promoted Dr Scott Nykaza from chief operating officer to president and chief operating officer.
“Scott Nykaza’s depth and breadth of experience in plant breeding and genetics, sourcing, sales and marketing, and operations management has been instrumental in positioning Kalsec as a vertically integrated provider of spice, herb and hop extracts to the global food and beverage industries,” says George Todd, chairman of the board and CEO.
In other appointments, Julie Heine is being promoted to vice president of sales, Americas; and Gustavo Puente to vice president of procurement.
