Class action alert! Are all-natural claims really worth the hassle?
While Californian voters said 'No' to Prop 37, plaintiffs' lawyers are still merrily suing scores of food and beverage companies for making all-natural claims on products containing GMOs, said Justin Prochnow, an attorney at the Denver office of legal firm Greenberg Traurig.
