Vitamin C: How much is enough?
How much vitamin C should we consume? More than we used to think, according to new research from the Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University arguing that the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) should be increased to 200 milligrams per day for adults, an increase of more than 100% from current levels in the United States.
