John Elway joins forces with Neptune to promote NKO krill oil
John Elway, former NFL Super Bowl Champion and Hall-of-Fame quarterback, is partnering with Neptune Technologies & Bioressources, attesting to feeling the benefits of the company’s krill oil.

During a media lunch at the recent SupplySide Marketplace show in New York, Elway told NutraIngredients-USA that the physical toll of playing NFL football for 16 years contributed to concern about his own health. He initially took omega-3s in the form of fish oil, but then switched to krill oil following recommendations from his son. He said he now prefers krill oil supplements.

He also attested to feeling joint health benefits since starting to take NKO Krill Oil on a daily basis.

“There is no doubt in my mind that NKO improves cholesterol levels, alleviates joint pain, reduces inflammation and helps with neurological conditions. Omega-3's are also rapidly showing promises proving to be beneficial for those who have experienced concussions," he added.

Henri Harland, CEO and president of Neptune, hailed the partnership as an exceptional day for the company.

“Neptune strives to be the best at every level to ensure that we generate the highest level of value creation for our shareholders. The addition of John Elway to our team is consistent with that philosophy,” said Harland.
