As swine flu continues to grab headlines around the world, interest in immune health has never been healthier. Stephen Daniells talks to Jay Udani from UCLA and CEO of Medicus Research about the science behind the growing immune health market.

In 2008, nine percent of nutraceutical claims were for immune health. The area is growing, but science is key to supporting the claims. But with the immune system being multi-faceted, Dr Udani explains what we need to be looking for, and how to back up the claims with science.
