Lyte Now is an oral electrolyte gel that is said to provide minerals lost through exercise, improper dieting, stress and perspiration, thus preventing dehydration, muscle cramps, heat stress and exhaustion.
Lyte Now contains essential electrolytes mined from a 2,000- acre mineral deposit in the Great Basin in Nevada. Electrolytes are mineral salts such as sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium that help cells function normally. They play a major role in many of the body's functions, providing energy, balance and stamina as well as aiding healing, digestion and muscle action, the company claimed.
The minerals are essential to the formation of new body tissues, the ncomapny claimed. They transport electrical charges across the cell membranes, making muscle action possible.
