A groundbreaking new study published in the European Heart Journal finds Pycnogenol® brand French maritime pine bark extract effectively improves endothelial function in patients with stable coronary artery disease.
The study found that after eight weeks of supplementing with Pycnogenol®, patients experienced a 32 percent increase in artery dilation and a significant decrease in oxidated stress level, which are both triggers of endothelial function.
The results of this study show for the first time that Pycnogenol® significantly improves endothelial function and blood flow in patients who previously suffered a heart attack.
