By concentrating the anti-oxidant capacity of mango (Mangifera indica) in its OmniAct Mango product Ajinomoto Omnichem can now provide the anti-oxidant benefits of mango year round in a convenient and concentrated form. With a total ORAC-count in excess of 100000 μmol TE/g, a 100 mg/day supplementation with OmniAct Mango provides an equal amount of anti-oxidant capacity as 6 servings of mango fruit a day, or about 3 times the average daily intake of anti-oxidants from fruit and vegetable based dietary sources.
