Who is "Churning" Now
My question is simple. If it is synthetic igredient material today, FDA knew it was such day one.
Never was a question for us. So GNC and USPLABS have made their ten's of millions--a part of which will be used to pay for lawyers to dance on the heads of pins.
If the ingredient was illegal what then of the revenue derived from such sales? I wonder if they might be considered ill gotten gains....
