Piperine in resveratrol potentiation
I find it it remarkable that the abstract fails to mention the occurrence of piperine in white or black pepper spice at up to 9% levels. So simply follow your glass of red wine with a spicy meal also containing another theranutrient, turmeric. But supplementing with resveratrol or piperine would be prohibitive even at 100x lower doses per kg.
