Taiyo offers water-soluble CoQ10

Sunactive Q10, a water-soluble ingredient with ten-percent coenzymeQ10 content is the latest innovation from functional ingredients manufacturer, Taiyo Europe.

The company claims to have overcome the water solubility problems that were inherent with CoQ10 in the past to offer a product that is suitable for use in applications such as beverages and yoghurts.

Taiyo worked closely with Kaneka, the world’s leading supplier of CoQ10, to deliver the ingredient.

CoQ10 is best known to help address metabolic disorders and hypertension.
