USPLabs hit back at DMAA critics, USDA quietly removed its online ORAC database and the FDA unveiled plans to re-issue a draft of its much-maligned draft guidance - all in one month: June 2012… The first big story of the month? USPLabs on the offensive: USPLabs sues retailer for defamation over 'false and disparaging' comments about Jack3d, DMAA Shortly afterwards, we learned that regulatory agencies in Australia and Scandinavia are taking action against it... Australia issues DMAA alert; commences 'urgent' prohibition talks Finland follows Sweden and bans DMAA Back in the US, meanwhile, a class action lawsuit filed against Nutrex Research over the safety and regulatory status of supplements containing DMAA was given the green light to proceed. California judge allows DMAA class action v Nutrex Research to proceed And just when things appeared to be quietening down, a new study came out concluding that DMAA is not in geranium.
