TR Nutritionals adds Indian ingredients via exclusive agreement
TR Nutritionals has concluded an exclusive distribution agreement with Indian company Prakruti Products Pvt Ltd., which is based in Karnataka. Prakruti produces both conventional and organic ingredients of Indian origin such as curcumin, lutein, garcinia cambogia and bacopa monnieri. According to TR Nutritionals, Prakruti’s facility is GMP certified.
“After a very constructive working relationship over the past several years, it became clear that an exclusive distribution arrangement was the best way to accomplish both companies’ shared goal of better penetration into the US market,” said TR Nutritionals president Michael Roddy. “We are very excited to be able to introduce Prakruti’s product line and technical expertise as we continue to support our customers with the highest quality raw materials and customer service.”
TR Nutritionals is a privately owned supplier of bulk herbal extracts, vitamins, and specialty raw materials for dietary supplements. Key products include methylcobalamin, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, cyanocobalamin and ginkgo biloba extract.
