Valensa International and Parry Nutraceuticals have joined forces in a new agreement that will focus on developing new plant-derived nutritional products for foods and supplements.
Parry’s parent company, India-based EID Parry, acquired a 48 percent stake in US Nutraceuticals doing business as Valensa International.
The partnership will see Parry supply a range of materials and technology for products including omega-3, phycocyanins and carotenoids such as astaxanthin, lycopene, lutein and zeaxanthin.
According to Valensa, the agreement will strengthen its global marketing reach.
