Seckman is leaving the group in order to take up a position to head the Food Processing Suppliers Association, which is an association of ingredient, services and equipment suppliers to the global food and beverage industries.
Sckman, who has been with NPA for the past nine years, will remain with the group through July of this year. NPA is forming a “search committee” that will work with an executive recruitment firm to find Seckman’s successor. The group says Seckman’s efforts over the past decade have made it “stronger as an association than we have ever been.”
