The presentation, to be held at 2pm ET on Tuesday October 28, will provide food and beverage manufacturers with hints on “how to connect with health conscious consumers” from the firm’s chief scientific officer Dr Ram Chaudhari.
According to the company, topics to be discussed include: Functional ingredient combinations to address these health conditions; how to cost efficiently integrate strategic nutrition with product development; how dual functionality in health promoting ingredients can improve product consumer appeal; and future opportunities for product development for these health conditions.
