The announcement follows hot on the heels ARN’s self-affirmed Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) status achieved in July 2010.
The DeltaGold ingredient, introduced in 2003, is derived from the annatto plant, and is composed of 90 percent delta-tocotrienol and 10 percent gamma-tocotrienol.
